About Raymond Zou, MD
I love being a primary care physician because it means I am the quarterback for my patients' health and it allows me to facilitate their care within the complex healthcare system. It also allows me to develop and nurture long-lasting and meaningful relationships with my patients to ensure their health and well-being are taken care of.
Dr. Zou was born and raised in New York City. He attended college at the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biomedical sciences. Dr. Zou earned his medical degree from the CUNY School of Medicine. He completed Internal Medicine residency with an emphasis on Primary Care at NewYork-Presbyterian ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center, where he also earned a distinction in medical education for his work with medical students and curriculum development. Dr. Zou's clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventative care, and musculoskeletal pathology. In his spare time, he enjoys recreational weightlifting and spending time with his corgi.
